Every meal created by our talented, multi-tasking founder takes less than 30 minutes and is guaranteed to fuel your most EPIC adventures.

This month, Taylor created a delicious grain-free pasta dish using his favorite EPIC bar as the savory protein. An ideal meal for athletes who prefer increasing carbohydrate intake prior to performing or for someone on an cyclic ketogenic diet, the EPIC bar pasta dish will top off your energy reserves. Get ready to take your pre-race meal to the next level!

EPIC Grass Fed Beef Fettuccine
What you’ll need:

6-8 EPIC Beef Habanero Cherry Bars (depending on your meat preference)
1 Pack of Cappello's Fettuccine Grain Free Pasta
1 Jar of Your Favorite Sugar Free, olive Oil Based Pasta Sauce
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

To 
assemble:

Start by adding 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil to a pan on medium heat. Once oil is hot, add the chopped EPIC Beef Habanero Cherry bars to the pan. Heat until the EPIC bars are crisp and slightly charred (stirring regularly to avoid burning). After the EPIC bars are nice and hot, slowly add the jar of pasta sauce and turn heat to simmer. Mix the meat and sauce to desired thickness. In another pot bring 2 quarts of water to boil. Add the Cappellos Grain Free Pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes. Once done, drain the water and rinse the pasta. Finish the dish by pouring the EPIC bar pasta sauce on top of the noodles! Garnish with salt and pepper or your favorite herbs.

So simple, and so quick, this versatile meal can be easily adjusted to fit your pasta preferences. If you have a secret pasta sauce recipe you live by, go ahead and substitute that portion. The Beef Habanero Cherry bar adds a nice touch of spice to the meal, but feel free to substitute with either the Turkey Almond Cranberry or Bison Bacon Cranberry bar. This meal only takes 20 minutes to prepare and stores well in the refrigerator. It is ideal for a quick family style dish or pre-race meal. Thanks to the unique low glycemic nature of the ingredients, this EPIC creation can even be enjoyed by diabetics and others who monitor blood sugar. Enjoy!
