ALL Inside Epic Land & Livestock Adventure Recipes Meatcast

Every 3 months, the EPIC Chiefs congregate in a special ceremony with the intention to review submissions from Brand Ambassador applications. This process is unbelievably challenging as the caliber of applications is that of a superhero/ All-American Dream Team. Amongst the 80-100 applications we receive every quarter, the final ambassadors that are selected embody the spirit of EPIC and inspire others through their amazing existence. Recently we asked our brand ambassadors to send us photos of themselves doing whatever it is that makes them feel most "wild and free". Submissions ranged from tropical beach handstands, to Kilimanjaro summits, to Grand Canyon climbing! It was so incredible that I wanted to share our winning photo and EPIC Brand Ambassador with the world. Thanks to Casey, the gold standard for an EPIC photo shoot contest has been set! Below is an interview with our winner, the fabulous Casey Lucas

What makes you feel most "wild & free"?
My all time favorite sport is snowboarding! Nothing makes me feel more "wild & free" then ripping down a big mountain face in fresh powder as fast as I can, it feels like I am flying. I'm getting fired up just thinking about it!

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
If I could be any animal I would be an eagle for sure! Soaring through the sky with freedom, huge rushes of energy, and independence; I don't think there would be any feeling more desirable.

If you were an EPIC bar, which one would you be and why?
If I could be an EPIC Bar I would be the Chicken Sriracha, because I like life a little SPICY.

What has been your most EPIC adventure?
I have had many notable EPIC adventures, but the Freeride World Tour event in Revelstoke, BC has to be one of the most memorable. I competed on the legendary Mac Daddy venue after riding EPIC powder (deep fresh snow) for 7 days straight, with a dozen world class athletes who I am lucky enough to call friends.

What's your greatest accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment... wow, that's a tough one. Probably being alive and doing the best that I can every day, whether it's in athletics, being a thoughtful friend, loving family member, and just trying to be an inspiring light in the world. We all have our ups and downs, our weaknesses and strengths, darkness and light, so I guess my greatest accomplishment has to be taking the difficult moments of life and converting them into positive energy to grow, evolve, and to become better in all aspects of life.

Casey Lucas is a truly EPIC superhuman and an amazing addition to our EPIC ambassador program! We are super grateful to have her in our tribe and look forward to continuing to support Casey on her exciting adventure of life.
